Stephenson Quantity Surveying were asked by client Trant to undertake Commercial Management of the refurbishment of Faversham Water Treatment Works’ flood tanks. The works involved civils, mechanical and electrical packages to fully refurbish the site. Using our experience of NEC contract management, the works were procured on NEC Subcontracts and NEC Main Contract administered with the end client.
Stephenson Quantity Surveying were contracted by client MWH Treatment to undertake Commercial Management of Sewers Crossing Railways projects across London on the Thames Water Eight2O framework. Of particular importance on the project was to resolve issues in reporting to the client. Stephenson Quantity Surveying used their extensive experience of commercial reporting to ensure the high volume project was reported correctly to assist the client and end user in delivering projects on time and on budget.
Stephenson Quantity Surveying were contracted by client Galliford Try to use their expertise to run Cockfosters Site Upgrade which was an integral project for end user HS2. Key elements of the project included the compact programme due to it’s importance within the HS2 project. Stephenson Quantity Surveying used its expertise in NEC contracts to manage the NEC Option C project to deliver the client’s project on time and under budget.
